5 Fun Things to do in London

If you’re anything like me, then you’ve spent the majority of this quarantine dreaming about travel. London is one of those bucket list destinations for many people, with so much history scattered thorough out this beautiful capital. While travel is off the cards right now, there’s no harm in planning what you’ll do as soon as things open back up again. Here are my top suggestions for 5 fun things to do in London.

1. Hit up a Pub
Even if you’re not a big drinker, I think there’s nothing more British than heading to a pub on a Sunday and enjoying a proper roast meal. Of course it’s even more enjoyable with a pint, but you can skip the beer and just enjoy the traditional pub experience.

2. Visit Hyde Park
If you’re lucky enough to see sunshine while in London, then you must head to Hyde park. London’s mood completely changes with a bit of sun, and everyone heads to the parks to soak this rarity in. There’s a lot of historical relevance for Hyde Park, too, numerous demonstrations and protests have happened here. In the famous Speaker’s Corner, there are debates and performances held here weekly. If you fancy a little bit of paddle boating, head to Serpentine Lake and enjoy the beauty of Hyde Park.

3. Camden
This is one of the most famous neighbourhoods in London and for good reason, it’s always buzzing with so much to do and see. If you’re looking to get a tattoo while in London, there are numerous wonderful shops here. But Camden is mostly renowned for it’s electric and exciting food market! If you’re vegan, you’re likely to fall in love with one of London’s best Vegan bakeries, called Cookies and Scream!

4. The British Museum
This wonderful museum is one of the best in the world, and the best part? It’s free! You can pay a little extra to go on a guided tour, which is entirely worth it in my opinion. This is one of those museums that has a little thing for everyone, including the renowned Rosetta Stone! Be prepared to spend at least a few hours browsing this incredible collection, learning more about British history, while seeing some of the world’s greatest treasures.

5. Go on a Date
Traveling doesn’t have to be all about attractions and delicious meals, although that does sound great. Why not take the time to go on a date and meet someone special? If you’re not sure where to start, there are a number of Model escorts London that provide a wonderful dating service to make your time in London truly memorable.

London is one of my favourite cities in the entire world. Hopefully these tips help you ensure that you have a really fun trip!
